About Everyday Terminal
A tech blog about apps and workflows that fix a specific problem.
What this is
We write about the stuff you open every day: browsers, notes apps, task managers, homelab tools, phone settings, the launcher you already use. Builders, power users, and people who got tired of software that creates three new problems while fixing one.
What we publish
- Articles — roundups, explainers, and news when something actually matters
- How-tos — evening-length setup guides (weird errors included)
- Comparisons — two or three tools, with a pick for a scenario
- Deep dives — one product or workflow, including what breaks

How posts get written
Start with a specific annoyance: tab chaos, notification noise, a subscription you don't trust, a box only you can reboot. Then the fix: what to install, what to skip, what goes sideways.
We link to official product pages. Pricing gets a rough shape, not made-up dollar amounts. If we haven't used something enough to have an opinion, we don't force one.
Who writes here
Five regulars covering mobile, Mac, browsers, notes, and comparisons. They don't always agree. Bios and posts are on theAuthors page.

Product links go to official sites. We don't run an affiliate program right now. If that changes, we'll say so on the posts and update this page. Usefulness first either way.
